Shipping and Refunds Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you receive a product from us and you find that it is incorrect, do not open the item.

Please inform us immediately arrange for the product to be returned to us. If you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective, we will refund you the purchase price provided that:

- The item is returned to us in an unopened, re-saleable condition.
- The item is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

To receive a refund, simply contact us. We will also ask you for the following information before we can process your refund:

- The name of the product/s you are returning
- Your reason for returning the product
- Your full name
- Your e-mail address and telephone number
- Your post code

If you are returning your product for a refund because you have ordered the wrong product, you will be refunded the purchase price less a handling fee of $20.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Should for any reason that this order be delayed, we will contact you by telephone and email. We use Australia Post as our delivery agent. Here is a list of indicative delivery times from order pickup.

Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to the nature of the postal system. Should there be any delay in delivery, we will work with our courier to resolve any issues.

International Orders will should be received in between 5-15 days. All international shipments will be sent via trackable mail.
